The arrangements for safeguarding are effective. The manager and deputy effectively create a culture of vigilance through ongoing high-quality training and updates, ensuring all staff have a comprehensive understanding of their individual responsibilities to protect children. Staff use their new skills from training to ensure a positive impact on children’s learning. Recent training on promoting children’s communication skills has enhanced staff’s understanding of how create a communication-friendly environment. The manager is conscientious to continue to reflect and evaluate all areas of provision in order to maintain the outstanding practice and outcomes for children. Staff are highly proactive in establishing links with other professionals involved in children’s care and learning.
